This policy describes which personal data the server administration (the "Administration") receives from users of the website and the game, why, and how it is processed.

1. Data we process

• the username and email address provided at registration;
• IP address, login date and time, browser information;
• in-game account data: characters, items, history of in-game operations;
• payment information: amount, date, payment method and transaction ID. Bank card data is processed by the payment service — the Administration neither receives nor stores it.

2. Why

• to register and operate the account and restore access to it;
• to credit paid services and handle payment inquiries;
• to protect against hacking, fraud and violations of the server rules;
• to respond to user requests.

3. Legal basis and retention

Data is processed on the basis of the user's consent and to perform the Terms of Service. It is kept while the account exists and deleted at the user's request. Payment records may be kept longer where required by law.

4. Sharing with third parties

The Administration does not sell or share personal data with third parties, except payment services — to the extent needed to process a payment — and cases expressly required by law.

5. Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies: the login session and the selected language. The website cannot work without them. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are used.

6. Data protection

Access to the databases is restricted and the website works over a secure connection (HTTPS). Never share your password — the Administration will never ask for it.

7. Your rights

You may find out which of your data is stored, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing by contacting support. Withdrawing consent means the account will be deleted.

8. Consent to personal data processing

By ticking the consent box at registration, the user freely, of their own will and in their own interest gives the Administration consent to process the personal data listed above (collection, recording, storage, correction, use, deletion), with or without automation, for the purposes in section 2. Consent remains valid until withdrawn.
